TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Astro Racket ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Astro Racket is a sports technology application that uses on-device artificial intelligence and computer vision to analyze tennis and padel technique. The App provides real-time body pose tracking, stroke classification, form scoring, coaching feedback, and gamification features.

3. User Accounts

  • You may use the App in local-only mode without creating an account.
  • To access club features, leaderboards, and data sync, you must create an account with a valid email address.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Basic drills and features are available for free.
  • Advanced drills and Pro features require a paid subscription (Astro Racket Pro).
  • Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store. Payment terms are governed by Apple's terms.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's Settings > Subscriptions.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policies.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or networks
  • Create multiple accounts to manipulate leaderboards or challenges

6. Club and Coach Features

  • Clubs and coaches may create drill templates and assign them to players.
  • Player session data (scores, progress) is shared with club coaches and administrators.
  • Club owners are responsible for managing their club's membership and content.
  • We reserve the right to remove clubs or content that violate these terms.

7. AI-Generated Coaching Reports

Coaching reports are generated by artificial intelligence based on aggregated session data. These reports are intended as general guidance and should not replace professional coaching or medical advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated recommendations.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App (including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, AI models, and design) are owned by Astro Racket and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Body pose tracking accuracy depends on device capabilities, lighting conditions, and user positioning.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Astro Racket shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. This includes, without limitation, any injuries sustained during physical activity while using the App. Always warm up properly and consult a physician before starting any exercise program.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these terms. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Argentina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Buenos Aires, Argentina.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
